Chris (Ironsniper) made this fantastic little bot/hardsuit thingy, which features posing and chubbyness at a relatively small scale. The parts usage on the BrickArms LMG is awesome too.
By the way, also check out this nifty microscale aircraft which has, as said in the comments, a great, satellite-like feel to it, and this quadruped walker that was inspired by Fredoichi's walkers.
